Customer Service Follow Up

Department Store That Shall Not Be Named emailed me back, basically saying they were appalled at the service of their associates and they will be 'talked to', hey offered to call other Macy's Stores to find the right size for me (yeah, good luck!), and swore that they spend a lot of time training employees about customer service.

I called.
No answer.

I called.
No answer.

I emailed back:
Dear Vice-President-Store Manager of [Department Store That Shall Not Be Named],
Thank you for your quick reply, I appreciate your response to my survey and your assurance of a followup with your sales associates.  
I have tried to call [Shoe Manager's Name] twice during business hours 9am-5pm and have not been able to get though.  I receive a ringing line with no voicemail or other type of answer.  
If you could please forward Jared my email address, xxxx@domain.com, and the proper information regarding my shoes, Tommy Hilfiger Birch Dark Brown (TW22813) UPC Number 883528541688 in a Womans' Size 11.  The best way for [Shoe Manager's Name] to contact me is via email.
